SPSF is a non-profit parent organization established for the sole purpose of spreading the principles of Vedanta, through spiritual and educational instructions. The institution is projected to include a school, a retreat center and nursery day care, and equipped with not only a rigid academic curriculum, but also with Advaita Vedanta, Yoga and the Art of Meditation.

About our President

Dr. Ira Stier has spent most of his life studying scriptures and Eastern Philosophy. At 50 years of age, Dr. Stier began to focus his studies primarily on The Upanishads and The Bhagavad Gita under the direct tutelage of his Gurus, Acharya Leila Gossai and Acharya Arun Gossai, in the traditional manner as practiced in India. After 35 years of practicing
Dentistry, Dr. Stier retired from his practice. Following 2 years of world travel and golf, Dr. Stier realized he has a greater purpose that needed to be pursued. This led him to become one of the founding members of Acharya ArunJi’s vision, donating his time and life skills for the betterment of humankind, especially our youths.
