Peaceful Minds = Peaceful Youth = Peaceful World
Shri Prakash
Seva Foundation
Welcome to the inception of Shri Prakash Seva Foundation, a non-profit parent organization established for the sole purpose of spreading the
principles of Vedanta. Through spiritual and educational instructions, including yoga and meditation, SPSF aims to spread unity of all beings and the interconnectedness of the world. The Foundation will solicit for donations, which will be administered to establish properties where other non-profit sub-organizations will be located for the purposes of the education and well-being of all ages.
The vision of the Foundation is a three phase development plan.
Phase 1: Shri Prakash Scholastic Academy for Excellence
Phase 2: Shri Prakash Day Care & Nursery School
Phase 3: Shri Prakash Vedanta Retreat Center

Our 3-phased rollout plan
Phase 1:
Shri Prakash Scholastic Academy for Excellence

The school will be designed for growth to house 500 students, grades Kindergarten through 8th. A non-profit school in the State of New York does not require accreditation. However, it is the intention of this school to not only meet all requirements for accreditation, but to exceed them. In addition to encouraging and assisting all students to strive for academic excellence, an important part of the curriculum will be to nurture the young and impressionable minds of all students guided by the spiritual disciplines of the Vedanta Scriptures.
Phase 2:
Shri Prakash Day Care & Nursery School

In today’s world most homes require that both parents work fulltime. There is also a large population of single parents with young children. The need for safe and quality daycare is an ever growing, and costly concern. This facility would not only be convenient for staff members and families in the local community, but parents would see the values that their children are being presented with. This will provide a source for a natural smooth transition into the Academy.

Phase 3:
Shri Prakash Vedanta Retreat Center & Ashram
A 40 single bedroom coed facility where attendees can stay for weekend retreat programs. Programs will be scheduled to include guest speakers on Vedantic texts and topics that will also attract the public to attend as day participants as
well.
